Called today to try sort out an issue with my elderly mums outlook email ... The guy who assisted was efficient friendly knowledgeable and definitely needs a raise for dealing with me and my very frustrated mum ( who is very hard of hearing adding to the problem) ... Kudos dude!!! You rock!!
