Call centre voice prompts are uselesss

Possibly the most useless service provider still out there. I did webhosting with them for the longest time purely because I just didnt want to go through the hassle of moving over to Afrihost but I am so glad I did.

Even now, I have been trying to get through to Mweb just to obtain a statement for my business records and the voice prompt service is by far the most annoying thing in the world. Goodluck trying to actually speak to someone.

Airtime finished twice. Sigh.

I really wish they would just close down before they suck in more customers. Whomever is reading this, do yourself a favor and dont bother with Mweb. Find alternatives. You're welcome.
