I have recently signed up with MWEB using their uncapped hosting services. I was told it would take 24 hours to activate (This being Last week Thursday). I received an sms this morning telling me its been activated but now I have to wait another 24 hours.<br> <br> I received an email confirming me that my account will be activated form the 1st of June. I received all my login details except my password. I phone in 4 times just to get through twice. Luckily I get through to the same guy twice but not the point because I still got cut off not resolving anything.<br> <br> I phone once again waiting a whole 5 minutes to get through to ACCOUNT Queries by a woman who then tells me she cant help this is a technical issue she will be transferring me to technical help. So there I am waiting a whole 9 minutes and still not getting through.<br> <br> BUT that's not all I sent them a email earlier this morning and I got sent a #REF NO not a solution to a 5 minute problem and then I sent them an email via their website and still no reaction. I have also sent a mail to their accounts and also waiting for a response but receiving a read notification via emails.<br> <br> Very SAD...
