Bye Bye Mweb you won't be around much longer

IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH THESE PEOPLE, half an hour on the phone every time we query our account. Turn on the fiber for 6 hours then they shut it off, log multiple queries on their App - no reply for 4 days. Phoned in, took 30 minutes and then get transferred all around and have to explain twice what is wrong. No help and no solutions and RUDE!!! Mweb due to your lack of interest in helping your clients you will not be around for much longer.
