Bundle Booster - Waste of my time

Purchased the 100GB LTE from Mweb.

1st month was a breeze, explained pro-rata usage, at this point I knew I was not going to have enough data for the month as they have offered the service where you may purchase boosters. Worked for the 1st month and now I am able to purchase 1 booster a month however I have to call Mweb to activate this in the ''background'' because the booster does not show active on my account even though I receive an email stating the booster was successfully purchased.

I am at that point where I am looking for alternative service providers to offer self serve options that actually work.
