BUNCH OF ********!!!

Mweb provided an okay services while I was contracted to them. It was only when I had to cancel my product when they started providing the worse service possible. After my product was canceled beginning of August, they sent me a statement crediting me for the balance of the month. I followed up on when I would get the refund and I was advised that it would be made the same week. After a week, they created a new invoice billing me for the credit and upon following up, I was told that there is no refund since there's a cancellation period. This was communicated to me a almost 2 months after my product was cancelled without a valid explanation. This billing department are a bunch of ********!!!
