Bunch of liers

i was on uncapped 10 mb from mweb and was throttle and shaped like crazy to the point where the internet was unuseable.. then i phoned a few times to ask them about their capped deals to be told by a few of them that is unshaped and a few said it was shaped. so i decided to try it as most of them said it will be better than uncapped but now that i am on it it is worse than uncapped my specs used to be 10ms ping 8.60 download and 0.90 upload and now its so unstable with ping higher than 100ms ping lower than 4mbps and upload lower than 0.50mbps... phoned them a few times today they tried a bunch of stuff but nothing worked so they probably just **** to keep me with them as i personally think their service has become terrible ive been witth them for about 4 years now and never had problems but this entire year nothing but problems so if this problem does not get fixed im moving isps thanks very dissapointed with the people from technical support sounding like they are asleep and when i try to do the servey at the end of a phonecall i cant even press 1 for terrible it keeps asking me to press a number but 1 doesnt want to word mweb service has become terrible
