What a excuse for an Internet providing company. I think if there was one thing that I would regret for my whole life is signing up with Mweb. Their app service is redeculous and so called customer service agents don't have a clue about customer service. I'm really disappointed in Mweb. I will be looking for another Internet provider as of today.
