Broken service and blaming the other party
I have my DSL line with Telkom and my DATA with Mweb.

Every so often, international (non coza) sites don't work, and the error message I receive is:
DNS_PROBE_STARTED - and then shortly after it says
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_BAD_CONFIG

Mweb says to call Telkom. Telkom did a port reset, it still happens, they say to call Mweb. Mweb says call Telkom.

An experienced tech should be able to tell who is responsible, is the DNS issue a LINE problem (Telkom) or a DATA problem (Mweb)?

Once I know who is at fault, only then can I get my line fixed, but bouncing between providers and being put on hold for hours is not the way to go.
