Broken and Failed Code of Conduct

To whoever is reading this, I am here to let you know, your experience might be different, but there is a chance that this happens to you, so make the informed decision.

Over the last 2 months, I logged 2 queries on the Mweb platform, with more than 15 comments on those from me. I have made phone calls which totalled 4 hours and 12 minutes to the Mweb support lines, met with empty promises to update my queries. I am yet to receive a response to any of those queries. I have journaled this ordeal on Twitter, where I got responses to DM them, and yet nothing has resulted from those DM's I sent.

I have since cancelled my products with them and was promised there to be contact with me. Nothing.
