Breach of contract

I called Mweb accounts to have my account cancelled because I haven't had internet Since 21 December, my contract now terminates end of the month, but as I have not received any service and still don't have any internet, they are now in breach of contract, It is very unfair to me, as a consumer that I am paying for internet, but am not getting anything, they keep promising to fix my problem, but it's been over a month (almost 2 months) and I still have not received any help, As my line is controlled/leased through by mweb, it is their responsibility to have my line fixed, even if it is a Telkom problem. The accounts department wont refund my account because I \pay in advance\", but because I still have no service, I feel it is very unfair that they refuse to refund me. I want my money back, on principle, and they can terminate with immediate effect."
