Blocked Line on a Property that doesn’t belong to your customer.

I am the property owner, I had tenants in the property and they took a contract with you guys, they moved out two months after taking a contract with you guys, now that they as your customer owes you Mweb decides to block the line? This is not your costumers home but mine can you pleAse unblock the line .

I have sent mails last week and no response, when you try to call Mweb you go through a voice thing which takes you all over, fix this I need the line unblocked so my current tenants can get a new contract and they also want to take a contract with Mweb, think with this kind of service I should tell them otherwise.
