Blacklist me for what??

I am disgusted by this company, I am not your client. Why do you want to blacklist me? This is the sms i received:

Dear Vicdla Dladla Your *** We refer to your overdue account which has been outstanding since 4 Mar 2025 and hereby give you 21 business days notice to settle this account failing which you will be listed with a default for non-payment on the Credit Bureau. You are indebted to LexMed Debt Management (Pty) Ltd for services rendered by our client, Mweb (Pty) Ltd in the amount of R5,452.58...

Can Mweb actually prove am their client? Have I sent any payment to mweb...seems ****ish and weird, you go around asking people for money and threatening to blacklist...these big companies really have ****ish behaviours. Remind me never to do business with you!!!
