Bizaar live chat, doesn’t work
Still no joy getting assistance from MWeb. The live chat when it comes to billing enquiries just doesn’t function, quite bizaar

05 Mar 2026, 12:24I canceled my Vumatel fibre on 12 Jan and the last payment should have been for Feb. I even had a email asking if I wanted to keep my email address and agreed to the monthly fee.
However the March debit order was still processed so I had it recalled by my bank. Now I’m getting outstanding payment notices. Please correct this

I canceled my Vumatel fibre on 12 Jan and the last payment should have been for Feb. I even had a email asking if I wanted to keep my email address and agreed to the monthly fee.
