Billing without consent

Should be a zero star rating. Despite cancelling a service during trial period, MWEB said they never got the cancellation request and locked me into a 12 month contract for NordVPN, a service that i have not actually used because during trial period i realised it's not something i actually need. After numerous calls to complain, i finally gave up the fight and MWEB continued to bill me monthly for 12 months! A few months ago i contacted MWEB to confirm my cancellation for all services, i was given 100% confirmation of this and yet i am still being billed for services and MWEB re-activated my subscription without my consent and after confirming the service had been cancelled.
