Billing Service Sucks

I have been with Mweb in February. I must share that I have not had a good experience with their billing department and contact centre. Each month my statement shows unpaid even though I send my proof of payment monthly. I recently received an email saying my account s on arrears. Whenever I send an email I never get any response from the billing team. This is very unacceptable. I am soon moving to another service provider who will appreciate me as a customer!
