Billing query

Since the 14th of December 23 when my subscription started ,the internet is fine and I was promised to be billed from 14-31 which was supposed to less than R150 but i ended up billed over R300 when I check the invoice I’m paying for the 15 days of December and the whole January at the end of December, my latest invoice says I will be paying for February which is over R250 and I was promised to pay 199 for two months. What annoys me the most is their very poor customer service, incompetence and lack of customer support.
