Billing problem

Mweb is a **** shame I don’t wann lie..I started using their service on the 4th of March and on the 8th of March still they sent me an email implicating that my account is in arrears then I wrote an email asking them how they never respond then i wrote on messenger still they didn’t reply..On the 17 March in the morning they sent me a message stating that due to termination of contract they charging me R1999 , they worst part is that I never cancelled anything the only thing an assistance with was the fact that my account is in arrears ..Around 11 am on 17 March they switch off they wifi I never used it ever since ..Then they are brave of sending me a bill of R2772 ..They will deduct it in my account ..I’m gonna put them on hello Peter bcz this is unacceptable..They also billing me for April as well and they don’t even call or respond to my messages
