Billing Payment department
I have had such horrible service from mweb for past few hours trying to get them to assist in locating my payment. I have never seen such an *********** call centre. Calls getting dropped on your ears while holding. So horrible

I wasted my money calling from 2pm and it is now 5pm with no help. One guy(Kgopolang in Sales) answered and said he is transferring my call to billing and phone dropped.

02 May 2024, 16:59Payment was made only to find that it was through to the wrong account. I've been sent from pillar to post as they are suppose to reimburse me or put the money into the correct account. Calls are not answered, phones are dropped. It's just pure disregard for clients
