Billing me for adsl ,but i didn't confirm it.

I am ware biling for just a phone call about a query i done and when i buzzy speaking and deside , the seller said I must first get a line from telkom and telkom will give me a reff nr. Then I must phone back mweb to confirm that i want this adsl . But I didn't phone mweb back to confirm to go on with this adsl. ( I was also on mweb before and want them to stop adsl connection if i am reaching my cap. They say they can do that but when i get my invoice bill it was far over what i had planned for. I did canceled my account with them. ) Now again ,They billed me for just a phone call to them for that few minutes i was query about that 20gig offers they had. I thought if i had phone back to go on with this offer than it will make sense then they can billing me. Not doing this that way around to putting a account on your name and send a bill to you. ( I am with Telkom now and use their adsl.). I must say I'm so disappointed in the way they just want money out of me but for nothing i had used after that conversation. I actually didn't get a sms or a email from them til the bills came on. I am really frustrated now because mweb wants to get money and i am get absolutely nothing at all.
