Billing mayhem....******* !!!!

I find it difficult to understand their billing. We have debit orders returned because of price increase, we make the payment, we got notified the next debit order returns as well ?? What the hell is going on here ???? the price increases again while accommodation is made, I demand to be called & explained as i have challenges contacting them.
