Billing didn't allocate funds now service has been suspended

every month i make a payment to Mweb and they fail to allocate it , I have tried calling the billing department with no luck , no one is there to help. This is very unprofessional and frustrating to go through this every month. I have been calling all week i have sent a number of emails with POPs.
