Billing department!

Their billing department is beyond pathetic! I was on the line for more than 10 minutes just hoping they would answer the line but nothing! I tried calling for more than 5 times and I still could not be assisted! And I know I'm not the only person that struggles with the billing department a few ladies in my complex is looking for a better service provider because wow we can't beg them to take our calls!
