Billing crisis

<p>I joined Mweb data month to month contract in November 2015 for 2GB for R99 per month. My account is ********** 7 and at first the billing was correct and then it started getting bizarre that I will use 2GB then I will be charged double . I started to notice that in January 2016 I used 2GB instead of being charged R99 I was billed R204 . The beginning of this month I called mwe billing and I spoke to Anisha I told her to check the billing as I have all the usage reports with me and why should I be charged double? Even if I use more than 2gb and the usage it must be plus from R99 and if I use less I agreed to pay for R99but she transferred me to the technical department and I told the man who was assisting me that I did not complain about Internet but the billing of which when transferred again Anisha dropped the call. My question is y should people use Mweb when you do not care about customer complaints and I am expecting a refund because I see no reason y I should be charged more if I didn't use more data and that is ****************</p>
