Billing and no service.

I requested a fibre internet connection. Mweb delivered the wrong router. Once something goes wrong at Mweb, the Mweb administrative machinery was unable to fix the problem in the 2 months since. 2 months of e-mails and phone calls!!!! Terrible, terrible company. But the debit order was promptly activated.
