MWEB keeps charging for the period when the account is suspended. When asked to rectify this, they respond arrogantly, with no reasoning or logic. When you pay for a subscription, you only pay for the period in use or change the billing period to match the period in use. When you choose to suspend, then you cannot charge for use.
