Billed for March 26' after cancellation (no response from complaints email)

I cancelled my Mweb 50/50 fibre line on 16 Jan and was told the final service date is 01 Mar. Despite this, Mweb billed me for March (IAB***7) . I emailed *** on 21 Feb 2026 with proof, because I saw that I had been invoiced for the month of March. Resolution requested: Reverse/credit the March charge and provide written confirmation of the final service date and account closure. ***.
