Billed for inactive sim card

I signed up for a R349 per month CellC LTE deal with Mweb on the 12th of November 2018. My router and sim card were delivered on the 16th of November 2018. I have reported to Mweb that the sim card is not activated/working on the 17th of November and I can tell you that the sim card is still not working.

I received a statement from Mweb today (22 November) which shows that I must pay R523.50 of which I don't even know what is it for because I have signed up for R349 per month deal and to make it worse thier sim card is not working.

Mweb's service is very poor. I don't want anything from them anymore. They must send thier courier to collect the useless router and simcard
