Big mistake!!!!

Mweb is the definition of poor service!!! I placed an online order and for 3 weeks nothing!! No response at all! Just excuses!! The sales agents lie and transfer you so many times its unreal. I eventually cancelled the order and went to another isp, i was connected 2 days later. The best part came when Mweb sent me a text saying my fibre is active when i was already 2 weeks with telkom!! Now they sending me a bill!!!!! Mweb is so unprofessional!!
