Beyond poor service

I started a chat with them at 10h00 in the morning and they said they will connect me to the next available representative who answered my chat at 17h00 and as I had lost hope when logging on my WhatsApp at 17h15 she had already ended the chat due to no response. So you make me wait 7 hours but you can't wait for me at least 16 minutes. I hate you and I have said this multiple times that I work from home.
