Beware of MWeb when you move

If you are moving house and want to move your internet with MWeb, think very carefully before being driven mad by a lack of competent communication, and service delivery..in short expect a nightmare I tried my best to see that I had internet the day that I moved. More tgan 10 days later I have no internet because I am unable to get a simple username and password from Mweb. Despite everything being in place for internet activation there is none because: Firstly its hard to get anyone to answer the phone 2) I spent hours on the phone waiting to be conected to the moving departnent but after a week of trying and being kept waiting ,a consultant told me that the moving department does not use phones , they only operate through emails. So I had been kept waiting incessantly for no reason at all. Despite beginning at the end if last year and sending 2 emails requesting internet activation on January 16..the day that I moved..mweb has my internet activation marked for February 1! Despite telling MWeb 3 times my new address they still have it wrong. After finally speaking to 3 different consultants today in sales and customer support!!! And having to repeat the same story 3 times, I was promissed the issue would be escalated and that an sms would be sent with my username and password. Still waiting. To add insult to injury i put down the phone and imnediatelt received an sms saying I would be contacted about my fibre installlation when that was never the issue..the house has had fibre installed long ago. I give up.. if you want to stay sane, beware of Mweb when you move house
