Beware of MWEB they are ******
I requested a fast internet installation from MWEB that never materialised but I was billed R799.00 at the end of the month When I questioned this via e mail I received no reply for 2 weeks. When I called them and had to wait for 8 minutes for the call to be answered I was told that they would look into the issue and I will receive a reply in 5 working days. This is not acceptable and I discourage anyone to do business with them ever
