BEWARE OF MWEB 's BARREL OF THE GUN APPROACH

Worst ISP imaginable . Sold my business and new owner took over, directly with MWEB (on paper) as isp provider. Then new owner decided to switch and forgot to cancel with MWEB. Mweb suspended his account, along with my email aliases linked to that account. No matter what I tried, MWEB refused to release my email and hold me at ransom to either pay the arrears or get their customer to pay up. Ridiculous. I have tried talking to all departments, all refused to de-register my email aliases until payment of arrears. I have also lodged a complaint with ISP Complaints Commissioner. PS- don't bother sending queries via MWEB website , they do not respond.
