Beware MWEB Openserve Package changes

Openserve have recently changed their packages. MWEB claim to move you to the nearest match, but in actual fact, they move you to whatever package they can to charge you more.

I was on a 20/5 package, but instead of offering me the 25/25 package at a lower cost, they skipped offering me that and moved me to the 50/25 so they could charge me more. Then, if you catch them out, they charge you R150 to change to the package they should put you on in the first place.

Very, very poor behaviour MWEB.
