Best service ever
I can truly recommend mweb. Especially after a nightmare experience with Telkom. I received 0.6 Mbps on a 4Mbps contract with Telkom. Their only response after 2 weeks of struggling to get hold of them was that I need to cancel or migrate to a 2Mbps line since that is closer to 0.6Mbps (how arrogant and stupid is that!!) Eventually I phoned mweb. Got hold of them in less than 60secons and received the best service ever from Nigel. Even connection was a breeze with Dana assisting me 19:00 when I got home. Thank you guys. I'm smiling all the way.
