Being a customer with Mweb for nearly 16 years, I approached Mweb to request rhat they review my monthly subscription in line with competing ISP's
Being a customer with Mweb for nearly 16 years, I approached Mweb to request rhat they review my monthly subscription in line with competing ISP's. I was pleased that they took my request seriously and were willing to reassess my monthly installments. As a result, Mweb reduced my monthly installments for the next 6 months, resulting in a R300 monthly saving. I appreciate their willingness to engage with me and find a solution that provides better value for money. Overall, I am pleased with the outcome and the responsiveness shown by Mweb in addressing my enquiry. Positive Experience - Mweb Listened - Reviewed my installments - Delivered Savings
