BEFORE YOU TAKE MY MONTH PAYMENT - CONSIDER PROVIDING A SERVICE FOR THAT AMOUNT!!

This is the worst service ever. 1. no internet for more than 5days 2. multiple phone calls - 15minutes or longer to answer, then consultant drop your call 3. said we want to cancel - they said I have signed up for a new contract recently and will need to pay penalties!!!! 4. I never signed up for a new contract. I did move my line to another address, but I was told there is one free line move 5. M-web.... I'm paying my cellphone provider money to make all these calls, with no satisfaction, and you don't give a service 6. M-web... I'm buying extra data now for more than 5days because our wifi is down -

I AM SERIOUS - I AM CANCELLING!!! UNDERSTAND THE 30DAY NOTIFICATION POLICY - BUT NOTHING - I MEAN IT - NOTHING MORE!!!!!
