BE AWARE OF MWEB

Worst service ever. They only answer calls for new customers. Existing customers stay on the line for 30 minutes and the call is dropped. Forget about downgrading a service..I was informed it is not allowed and only available to new customers. MONEY GRABBING NON-CARING COMPANY since joining with Web Africa it is a defnite no-go Be Aware of this company!
