Bad Worse Customer For Not Getting My Refund

Paid for Vuma Reach subscription into to their account provided on their statement.Subsequently, I was told to ask for a refund. Its a week and I have called the call centre and online help service but no joy.The call centre agents hang up calls and online help is blocked for quieries.Thie company sucks and i can do my work.
