Bad workmanship

After 3 years i moved into a new place and it took them 4 to 5 weeks to communicate the way forward. Eventually I got tired of waiting and I cancelled with Mweb home Wi-Fi and now they sending me a R2 875 bill for installation which was never done in the new premises
