Bad, week service

No service and when they finally answer the phone they do not want to conceed that they are not competent to do there due diligence. I phoned every contact number on the web and finally after 5 days got through to there reception, she was at least able to assist me and I got through to the people that deal with the accounts only to be told I'll have to pay a nother month because the dead line was yesterday, when asking the lady about why they don't answer there phone she questioned my integrity, I have a phone log that proves that I have tryed and some failed emails to their cancelation department as this also does not work.
