Bad very bad client service

With out wifi for 3 days now im phoning for 3 day i only get to first in line and there i stay already holded for 3 and a half hours and still no answer only number 1 in line really but if you phone for new business they answer once no problem but old customers must struggle im really not happy spending lot of money on data to stream from my phone because the wifi isnt working
