Bad Technical Support from Mweb

Mweb has got have the worst technical support EVER! The live chat function is a complete waste of time - especially for technical support. It is now 21:12 as I write this, waiting for an agent to contact me since 18:48. We have not had internet access for several days due to power issues. Now that the power is back, we cannot connect. The router says invalid username or password. I have verified the info, but it still doesn't connect. This is not a great customer experience. Time to find another ISP
