Bad Technical support availability
It is so frustrating to try & contact MWEB Customer Care Centre, you have yo hold on for about 30 min or longer every time you call them . I have held on for over 60 min today without my call being answered , have tried 3 times already to contact technical support. This happens every time I have an issue & try to call them. They do not have Whattsapp support or email for them to contact you.
