Bad technical services

I am extremely disappointed with Mweb’s customer service. My mother and I have been trying to get help for over a week to fix my internet connection, but we’ve had no success at all. Every time we call, we’re put on hold for up to an hour and 40 minutes, only for the call to cut out before anyone answers.

We’ve also sent multiple emails, and not a single one has been responded to. It feels impossible to reach anyone who can actually assist.

After a full week of trying every contact method, my internet issue is still unresolved. This level of service is completely unacceptable — I would not recommend Mweb to anyone looking for a reliable internet provider or customer support team.
