BAD Technical Service
I have been with MWeb for over a year. Their technical service is very bad. When reporting an technical problem it takes up to 3 days for them to respond to your query, some times no respond at all. Calling their support center, you could hold on for 20+ minutes. Logging query on app, is not easy as well. Over all service is really bad, I will not recommend MWeb.

Basically, should you have a internet connection problem, it is your problem, you simply wait until the connection is restored, I will not recommend MWEB as a SP, not at all...
