Terrible mweb support.

Logged a query on the app. Took more than a day to get a reply.

Got a snotty reply of not querying the ticket again as it will recycle to the bottom of the list and take longer to get support? *** ever idiot system is that.

My mobile devices keeps diconnecting from my wifi router. YOUR WIFI ROUTER MWEB I do not have the access details for the router. OBVIOUSLY I WOULD TRY THE DEFAULTS>

Thank you useless support for suggesting I change the wifi channel but login with the "default" username and pass. Which no... still doesn't work.

I WANT THE DEFAULT LOGIN DETAILS SO I CAN FIX / CHANGE THE WIFI CHANNEL

Or do your jobs and reset the wifi on the router remotely.
