Bad Services

I've been calling since last week Monday and have not been able to get through. I've tried going through the app to see an option to cancel and it was not there.

Until I got hold of the email through Facebook comment , sent email and Im told the calendar notice has passed after they answered the call . Im due to move month end I will be paying for services not having to use for month of July . Your customer service is outrageous !!!!
