Bad services

Good Day I’m very disappointed in mweb for the service they give me on the lte package. I recently found out that they upgraded on they network coverage in my area and now my lte is not working properly in my router and the funny thing is they didn’t inform they clients about the upgrade and cutting of network coverages so what must I do with a lte package that I have to pay R350 pm but there’s not proper coverage for the network.
