Bad service with no delivery

MWeb service is bad, ordered a Fibre new installation on the 9th May, Today is the 20th and still nothing. They already debited the initiation fee. But haven’t delivered the service and their communication is horrible. Spoke to Jody who said they will process a new order and I should send Proof of residence which I did but no communication none whatsoever.
